Berippe News Association reports a mutiny on the cruiser Frauenlob when the Kaiser visited Kiel. Sailors alleged harsh treatment. they displayed a dirty cloth to signal. The Emperor ordered the vessel to leave harbor and promised punishment for mutineers. the commander was suspended for cruelty.

A notice from Scrippa Newa Association reports that attorney Paul Cravash and trustee Jorge Weat inghouse of the Equitable Life Assurance Society discuss a plan to manage the society. Salt Lake based EScrippe News Association reports Joho Q Caman former Secretary of the Utah world’s fair commission aged 81 in Louis, arrested in Lethbridge Alberta on forgery and embezzlement charges. Extradition papers underway. He is son of George Q Cannon and brother of a former Senator. Accused of forging Governor Wells’s name to warrants. He disappeared in January while serving as Brigadier General of the Utah National Guard.
