Chicago January 28. Ben Reltman, charged with inciting a riot during a clash between unemployed workers and police, was acquitted today. He says he plans to travel to California immediately. The report notes a forthcoming exclusive affair with guest limits to 1600, far fewer than past Madison Square Garden balls that drew up to 15,000.
