The circuit court has completed several cases since last Thursday. State v L A Stoop involved dam destruction at Minam with a hung jury. The first through train from Perderton to Spokane ran at 11 15 this morning over the branch line after a month of suspended traffic. Conductor Trow and Engineer Martins led the train with 100 plus passengers awaiting departure at the O R W depot.
