The article argues osteopathy rests on the body being a self regulating mechanism. It claims proper nutrition clean water and air sustain the body while external substances, including drugs, disrupt its natural work. It states drug taking for cure harms the system and the body must eliminate foreign matter and repair damage.

Miss Fisher displayed elocutionary powers in a varied program with piano solos by Miss Norman A. Mackay and a premiere duet by Mrs A B Geddes and C P Ferrin. The ensemble included a quartet by Mesdames Silverthorn and Upton with Messrs Cochran and Landrum and was well received by a large holiday audience.
