La Grande adopts two streets for macadamizing improvements
The city of La Grande Oregon adopts Improvement District No 12 and No 13 to macadamize Pennsylvania Avenue from Washington to Fourth Street and North Fir Street from its intersection with Monroe to the city limits. Commissioners A V Andrews J A Reynolds and Ey W Kammerer are tasked to assess properties and report to the council. Adopted December 15 1909.
