La Grande Commercial Club Reviews Year’s Work and Plans
At the annual meeting President Collier led a review of the club's achievements including new quarters, widespread literature, a publicity manager, an exhibit hall, and participation in fairs. Future goals include a fruit growers union, chautauqua, possible railroad to Walla Walla, and support for a poultry show and a new threshing machine plant probe.
