Twin Hamilton brothers face fate after Fort Jay disappearance
Lieutenant John S. Hamilton of the 12th Infantry vanished from Fort Jay New York weeks ago. His brother Lieutenant L C Hamilton, once at large, resigned after misbehavior and possible mental illness. If John does not surrender within three months he will be declared a deserter and struck from the army list.

They expect visitors from Baker City and Grand Court officers from Portland.
