Boise gears up for the National Irrigation Congress with extensive preparations. Delegates from across the east and midwest arrive via special trains, lodging arranged at affordable rates, and a packed program featuring bands, theatres, and a symphony concert. The irrigation exposition on Eighth Street showcases rival exhibits and 1600 electric lights. Delegates include Indiana governor appointees and 60 notable irrigation figures will speak.
