Noyes Grocery Sold to Minneapolis Crockery Merchant
J M Dalton, a Minneapolis crockery merchant, closed a deal with Ben Noyes for the purchase of the Noyes grocery store on Adams avenue. Dalton left for Portland to decide whether to keep the grocery stock or run a mixed line of baking powders coffee teas spices and crockery. He plans a full Observer announcement upon return.
