La Grands hold first social at Scranton ICC reunion
The La Grands from the International Correspondence Schools in Scranton Pa held a large reunion at L I amusement hall. About 60 attendees enjoyed food and socializing with wives and sisters providing cakes and coffee. Speeches by Mra W T Stainer and attorney Jovepean Oe tele Ae covered student values and the habit of study, citing Edison Lincoln and Franklin as examples. The gathering adjourned after lively music and a call for a permanent local organization.
