The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board approved purchasing an 18.05 acre tract along the Black River north of Highway 93 for the Van Loon Wildlife Area in La Crosse County. Purchase price is $2,000 from Mr and Mrs Raymond Woestman of Eau Claire.
