CHICAGO. Andrew Tucknott, 58, long missing since Friday night after a street car collision, was found dead Saturday in a car beneath a west side elevated railroad structure. Police theorize he crawled into the vehicle after leaving the accident scene. His brother Arnos, 57, a Momence farmer, found the body. Arnold Tucknott said she knew her brother often slept in parking lots.

Mental patient escaped three years found in attic cell
MILWAUKEE A 22 year old escapee from a mental institution with long hair was found in an attic cell by police after a tip. Officers believe he had been in the house nearly three years and needed a crowbar to reach him. He said he ran from Chippewa Falls northern colony because he disliked mice and that his 58 year old mother allowed him roam the house and that he ventured outside about once a month.

An Oshkosh area 11 year old boy was wounded in the forehead by a .22 revolver being demonstrated by his older brother. Harris Winkler, son of Mr and Mrs Lester Winkler, was in Mercy Hospital in serious but not critical condition, not yet conscious hours after the accident. Pilot's Body Found After Beechcraft Crash Near Blue Earth
In Blue Earth Minnesota a four passenger Beechcraft Bonanza crashed about six p.m. Friday near the Minnesota Iowa border. After more than 16 hours of ground search a Ry search plane found the pilot's body about 200 yards from the wreckage. Sheriff William Matthies identified the body as Terry L. Kenust age 33 of Lincoln Nebraska, a pilot for Flight Lines Inc. of Lincoln who had flown a passenger to Minneapolis Friday afternoon and was returning solo. The body was seen in tall grass after an all night search failed. wreckage scattered over a wide area with the door three miles from the fuselage and one wing two miles away. The crash occurred roughly 100 miles south of Minneapolis near the state line.
