Seattle Pier Blaze Claims One Fireman At 12-Year Tank Crew
A cable short circuit under a Seattle dock caused a pier fire that killed Henry C. Gronnerud, a 41 year old veteran fireman, and injured 28 others mainly from smoke inhalation.
