Ed Milton, 26, died after falling from a pump house onto a railroad track in Galesville Wisconsin. He sustained a crushed head but lingered until Sunday morning. Funeral services were held today with a large attendance.

Secretary Taft arrived at Vladivostok noon yesterday aboard the cruiser Rainbow. Rainbow was escorted by Chattanooga and Galveston as American vessels entered the Golden Horn. General Peluga and officials welcomed Taft and he was to travel from St. Petersburg to Hamburg, with a December 7 voyage to New York aboard the President Grant.
