Recover Second River Victim in Wisconsin Drowning
Charles Steiner 25 of Barnum Crawford County and his 19 year old brother Clement of Prairie du Chien drowned when their boat swamped by high waves on the Mississippi near Lynxville. Their father Joseph Steiner 55 of Prairie du Chien survived after clinging to the capsized craft until rescue. Clement’s body was found near the Iowa shore after an intensive search.
