In Tomah Wisconsin residents at the Tomah Care Center enjoyed a Halloween party staged by La Verne Cramer and Pam Steinmetz. Mrs Cramer wore Santa attire while a pirate danced with a giant present. They offered hors d oeuvres pumpkins and costumes plus dances including a wheelchair dance.
Emil Sinniger financed an ad accusing Paul Offner of discourteous voting on veterans issues. The Tribune says three veterans groups were named without consent, with Sinniger claiming miscommunication and asserting he acted as an individual.
