Ruling Confirms Union Victory in La Crosse County Hospital
A Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission ruling confirms a 31 to 30 union victory at La Crosse County Hospital, with Tenner allowed to vote and Dehn deemed ineligible. The decision locks in representation by the Wisconsin Council of State, County and Municipal Employes. Oak Forest and Hillview also show union activity with Oak Forest 24 to 4 for the same local and Hillview choosing the independent association 72 to 2. Negotiations for 1969 contracts are expected to begin within weeks.
