Detective testifies money passed to assemblymen in Madison case
Milwaukee May 6 Special detective testifies he overheard talk and saw a man name Regan receive a package wrapped in paper and currency in the adjoining room. The money was then divided among Assemblymen Ramsey Farrell and Towne with another man named Puelicher present, and Regan denied any wrongdoing.
