BERLIN Russians walked out of an Allied control council meeting on Saturday. Marshal Vassily Sokolovsky charged Western powers had broken away from control council machinery and said the council no longer exists as a government organ. He adjourned the session and then left the chamber with his staff while British American and French delegates remained.
