New Trial Ordered in Wisconsin Bull Injury Case
The Wisconsin State Supreme Court ordered a new trial for Outagamie County cattle buyer Robert L. Gilson, who seeks 20000 dollars in damages after an escaped 500 pound bull charged him. The decision reversed Marinette County Circuit Court’s dismissal, citing statutory liability for allowing bulls over six months old to roam.
