The advertising and auxiliary committees report, passing with enthusiastic applause, as leaders pledge support and plan thousands of buttons for sale.
The La Crosse Board of Trade is urged to launch a booster button campaign with a designated Button Day. Aimed at quick results, the plan promotes enthusiasm and identifies contributors, selling buttons for 50 cents to 1 dollar to most adult males. Continued on Page Eight.
