The Freedom Train with its cargo of national documents and flags arrived in La Crosse at Pearl street and State street enclosures. Marines guard the cases as visitors wait in line in River side park to view 127 documents from discovery to the Constitution. The train stays until 19 00 then departs for Eau Claire at midnight with crowds noting the relay of American history and the line moving steadily through the park.
