Grandview Lease For Clinic OK'd in La Crosse County
La Crosse County approves a five year lease for 7700 square feet in the Grandview Building to house the county guidance clinic moving from the courthouse. The annual rent is 12925 dollars with 1000 dollars yearly for carpeting. The clinic plans to grow to about 19 employees by fall with 30 daily patients and will benefit from state rent reimbursements. Some supervisors cite parking and space reallocation concerns and question long term use of Grandview. The lease passed 29 to 5.
