Haug Sets Castle Mound Course Record in Seven Under Par

Record holder Haug, golfing just a few years, shot seven under par 65 last August to set the Castle Mound course record. His 32 on the front nine matches the nine hole low by Skogen and Paul Williamson. Johnson cautions against a par break, noting tricky shots and limited field strength. Flight formats and weather factors shape this year’s event as 160 players participated in 1974, with Saturday or Sunday options for flight entries. Midwest League results follow with multiple daily scores.
