County fair plan unites chamber and fair directors
La Crosse Interstate Fair association and the Chamber of Commerce join to expand the fair complex with new cattle housing, horse barns, stock judging pavilion, dairy displays, and a grand stand. Plans include a community use policy when fairs are not in progress and the grounds may serve as a county community center.
