Blanket Wrapped Woman Found Dead in Truck Near Wisconsin Dells
A badly decomposed body of a woman was found in a parked semi-trailer off Highways 12 and 16 near Rocky Arbor State Park two miles west of Wisconsin Dells. Officials estimated the truck abandoned about eight days earlier with no identification. The deceased was about five feet tall with dark hair, wearing a green rayon dress and lacking upper teeth. Coroner Clarence Sorenson said death cause could not be determined. Acting Attorney William Curran said the truck may have been sold in Pennsylvania in 1932. Coroner Sorenson planned no inquest. burial occurred Saturday evening.
