Wisconsin juvenile delinquency reporting urged by judges
A committee of juvenile judges chaired by Judge Larray Bee of Chippewa County recommends counties report delinquency statistics to the State Department of Public Welfare. A social data card is mailed to judges statewide to gauge unreported cases and plan local prevention and treatment services.
