Kill files appeal in Milwaukee boxing injury case
Madison Wisconsin June 5 The industrial commission was served with an appeal to the Dane county circuit court in the Edward Kill of Milwaukee case over an award in his Wisconsin and Plankinton Packing company claim. Kill lost his hand to blood poisoning and the commission found the boxing match at the plant as an intervening cause. The appeal argues the commission acted beyond its powers in dismissing the action. A hearing before Judge Stevens is set for next month.
