Washington AP reports the Federal Radiation Council says fallout will rise in 1963 mainly due to last year's Soviet nuclear tests. Americans face little health risk, with bone seeking strontium 90 increasing to one fourth of natural background, then easing as bone grows.
Allen Molstad, 16, son of Mr and Mrs Oscar Molstad, drowned Friday afternoon in a newly formed pond on the Molstad farm two and a half miles west of Sparta Wisconsin. His body was recovered at 6 20 P M by searchers.

Abraham L Koolish 71 and son David 43 linked to Chicago area direct mail fund solicitation firms are among those charged in the Lake Valley development near Burns Oregon involving sales to people from Wisconsin to Hawaii. The defendants and three others have appealed and await sentencing.
In Jackson, Mississippi, an integration leader urged renewed demonstrations after 400 plus marchers were arrested, with 327 juveniles and 94 adults charged for parading without a permit. NAACP figures and Medgar Evers supported continued civil disobedience amid tense conditions and police detentions.
An addition to the La Crosse State College student union, estimated at over 700000 dollars, will add 38000 square feet of new food services including a scramb le snack bar, a larger cafeteria, and a billiard room.
