Lewis seeks dismissal of injunction in coal bargaining dispute

John L. Lewis argues the government backed Taft-Hartley injunction should not force the United Mine Workers to bargain with the South ern Coal Producers association. The motion to dismiss was before Judge Alan Goldsborough as the case follows past contempt rulings and stalled soft coal talks.
