La Crosse Prepares Four Day Centennial Celebration

Arrest Driver After 30 Mile County Chase

Duane Devine 23 Onalaska led a countywide pursuit by Marshal Art Walker and Trooper William Towner through La Crosse and onto highway 33. The chase covered over 30 miles ending at the county line where Devine was jailed on charges of driving without due caution and speeding. His passengers included his sister and two other Onalaska girls.
