Mrs. Olson owner closes deal with Miss Stella Frost making Frost owner of the New York Steam Dye Works on State Street between Fifth and Sixth. Transaction described as largely temporary.

John E McConnell announced as candidate for the Badger assembly to succeed Dr Thomas H Miller in the first district papers circulated across the district. Miller declines private reasons leaving the race open for McConnell to seek the nomination in the forthcoming primary.
