Mrs Schenk stood trial as the state alleged she poisoned her husband John O Schenk with tainted water. Bozeman Montana dispatch reports six men clearing a road below the New Hoagen dam when a snowslide slid from the upper Madison canyon. Two escaped, three were saved, but Harold A. Leland died at the scene. Leland leaves a family.
