Five Killed in Green Bay Family Slaying
A 16 year old boy was arrested near Green Bay on a first degree murder warrant for shooting his father Jack Hebard and stepmother Joyce Hebard along with three of Joyce's children John Ruddell 15 and twins Judy and Janice 11. The slayings occurred Monday night at the remodeled farmhouse home north west of Green Bay and were discovered when a coworker found the home illuminated but quiet.
