Madison, Feb 9. Red lighters and royalty appear among subscribers to silent telephones as G O Fox of Milwaukee appeals a railroad commission decision to the Dane county circuit court. The commission ruled silent telephones violated the complaint of Mr Ox.
The trial of Mrs. Augusta Dietz for the murder of her crippled tailor husband was continued today and will resume March 9 in Chicago.

The funeral for John F. Nescham, found dead of heart failure in his Brownsville room, was conducted yesterday at two o'clock from his son's home 517 Pine Street. Rev. T Stanley Cadams officiated. Burial followed at Oak Grove Cemetery.
William Courtney aged 21 and Frank Durham aged 34, both described as gentlemen of leisure, stripped a clothing dummy in front of Peterson clothing store at Third and Pearl and took an overcoat from Peter Newburg's store. They were arrested, charged with larceny, and remanded until Wednesday.
