Ex-Tri-State Manager Oren Johnson Dies at 66
Oren G Johnson former general manager of Tri-State Breeders Cooperative died Tuesday in a Viroqua Wisconsin hospital. Funeral services will be Friday at the Viroqua Methodist Church with a Masonic service Thursday evening. Born November 10 1897 in Fairwater he taught vocational agriculture in Minnesota and Wisconsin for 13 years and was Vernon County agent 11 years before joining Tri-State in 1947. He served as general manager from 1951 to 1961.
