P W Harwood and Mortimer Miller, Americans once arrested in Mexico for smuggling and released at Ensenada, arrived today on the steamship Victoria. They said they were repeatedly threatened with death after their arrest at Tijuana.
The Wisconsin Beekeepers association closed its meeting in Madison naming N. E. France as president from Platteville Franklin Wilcox of Manston as vice president Gus Dittmer of Augusta as secretary and Harry Lathrop of Bridgeport as treasurer.
