Wisconsin Chief Justice Sees Abolition Of State Lines
Chief Justice Marvin B. Rosenberry of the Wisconsin Supreme Court said a practical abolition of state lines is opened by federal reach over interstate commerce and the 14th Amendment due process clause. He warned such shift narrows state powers except in local policing, education and public health. The dinner honored Rosenberry with remarks by George S. Haight and attended by four other justices.
