Women Find Few Voting Violations in Wisconsin
The Wisconsin League of Women Voters reported scattered probable violations on November 7 but concluded Wisconsin elections were generally well conducted. Violations cited include electioneering near polling places, sample ballot display issues, line voting at closing, uneven poll worker parity, curtains for booths, and absentee ballot counting. Over 600 members from 26 leagues participated, with Gov Lucey and Atty Gen Warren endorsing the monitoring program.
