Walt's Restaurant at 3rd and Mississippi Streets has been leased for a year to Walt's Enterprises Inc. The lease includes an option to buy after the year. Operators include Donald Ambuehl Bernard Rieser and William Rieser Jr. Ambuehl will manage, Riesers secure secretaries, and the staff remains until further plans.
