Wisconsin Prep Contests Face Probe by North Central Association
Wisconsin educational leaders report the North Central Association may limit or end interscholastic activities in art music and forensics, threatening longstanding state programs. O H Plenzke calls for modification or abandonment of the report while R F Lewis voices formal objections.
