Fifteen Women Licensed as Methodist Pastors
Miss M Madeline Southard reports that fifteen women have been licensed as preachers in the Methodist Episcopal church since last May. She notes the listing spans several states with named pioneers in New England and the West, including D W Caffrey and Kate Morrison Cooper, among others. The article highlights the growing number of women licensed and the challenge of tracking exact totals.
