Last of Dillinger Gang Hamilton Found Near Chicago
The body of John Three Fingered Hamilton, last of the Dillinger gang, was found by federal agents about 50 miles south of Chicago near an abandoned gravel pit. Three bullets were found in the decomposed remains and the death is linked to a 1934 chase with federal officers. Hamilton, a Canadian, was 34 or 35. he was buried with a gray felt hat and a blue serge suit.

Local Man Burned By Electric Wire Near Whitehall
