Watson Asked To Solve Issue In Shiocton School Board Split
George Watson state Superintendent of public instruction will be asked to untangle a muddled Shiocton Bovina school board dispute. Martin Groth village president and William Conrad town chairman said they would present the case to Watson Monday. One new member would replace treasurer William Spoehr Sr whose term expired, and two more would create a five member board. The old board claims the meeting to increase the board was illegal.
