Fine Sentenced To 7 Years For Bombing At UW

Hammill Trial To Be Heard Before A Judge
Jerold Hammill’s kidnapping trial will proceed before a judge rather than a jury. Judge Kent Houck waived the jury after a La Crosse County hearing, with Hammill’s court appointed attorney noting concerns about a fair trial in the state.
