Rose Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter
John Rose 17 of West Union Iowa pleaded guilty to manslaughter for the May 24 shooting of his father Noel while bird hunting. Judge G B Richter sentenced him to up to eight years in Animosa reformatory and fined $250 plus costs.
