King among 266 arrested in Albany anti integration march
In Albany Georgia on Saturday 266 marching Negroes including Rev Martin Luther King Jr and two other leaders were arrested during a fifth antisegregation demonstration in five days bringing total arrests to 735 with about 350 released. Police said all were charged with parading without a permit congregating on sidewalks and obstructing traffic.
