Tesarik Loses Suit Over Car
A jury awarded $635 to Frederick Adams in a civil suit against Reuben Tesarik for damages to Adams Car after it rolled over a cliff following a night July 4. Tesarik admitted pushing Adams car to move it but denied releasing brakes. Eyewitnesses included Clifford Taylor and Martha Olsen who said they watched fireworks from a bluff before leaving.
