Delegates Bartlett Ernest Gruening attended with a Eskimo pastor Rev Roy Ahmoagak delivering the invocation and Bartlett delivering the second keynote. The convention debated public access to committee meetings with a watering down approved rule allowing open or closed proceedings per committee decision.
