Crane Accident Claims Life of Jerry Dodd in Ketchikan
William C. Jerry Dodd aged 35 was killed when a portable crane cable broke during removal of a 12 inch water main in Ketchikan. He died on arrival at Ketchikan General Hospital. Survived by widow Phyllis and a 15 month old daughter. Dodd formerly lived in Kodiak and worked as a construction superintendent and trouble shooter for Macri Construction on the project. He had just returned from six weeks in South America for the company.

U S Naturalization Ceremony Tuesday in Anchorage
